ETTO develops and produces bicycle- and skihelmets, and we are leading the way within both areas. The brand ETTO has a long tradition and has been part of the helmet making history for both cycling and skiing since the start in the early 80s. Swiss Eye

Swiss Eye develops and produces sports glasses for all kind of sporting activities. Swiss Eye was established in 1996, and has since then gradually developed its business. HTS Hans Torgersen & Sønn AS and HTS AS

HTS Hans Torgersen & Sønn AS history goes back to the start in 1919. First being supplier of various products to horse transportation industry. When the car was introduced, it was natural to start making products supplying the car industry. Over the years the HTS-group has grown into many various products and industries, as ETTO and Swiss Eye has become a part of due to merges. Group main office has been lying at Krøderen in Norway since 1970. HTS Hans Torgersen & Sønn AS is responsible for sale and marketing of ETTO and Swiss Eye in Scandinavia, and R&D for both brands.

HTS AS is located at Løten, Norway, and is responsible for production, logistics and warehouse of ETTO and Swiss Eye products in Scandinavia. HTS AS is owned 100% by HTS-group.
